Across Adaro’s operations, analytics needs arise in business functions with different data sources, tools, and objectives. The Data Analyst programme connected participants’ learning with problems encountered in their work.
Sadasa prepared a use case map recording each problem, analysis goal, intended output, data source, existing tools, and readiness to use SQL. The map gave participants and consultants a clear starting point for discussing each case in its operational context.
The support process included consultation sessions and progress notes covering completed work, obstacles, discussion points, and next steps. The available project archive documents the use case mapping and mentoring process as part of developing analytics skills grounded in operational needs.
