Architecting the TOGAF-aligned Blueprint for Digital Health Transformation Strategy Indonesia with the Ministry of Health and UNDP to guide nationwide health digitalization.

The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), spearheaded the long-term national digital health transformation strategy. The objective was to unite primary and secondary healthcare providers, pharmaceutical supply networks, and public health surveillance into an integrated national digital health ecosystem.

Sadasa served as lead data architects, anchoring the blueprint within The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF). Our mandate encompassed comprehensive health data domain mapping, designing cross-service data exchange architectures, and establishing clinical data interoperability standards.

The resulting deliverable provides an actionable enterprise data architecture blueprint and a phased national implementation roadmap, serving as the official technical baseline for digital health initiatives across public healthcare facilities nationwide.
