Mapping the competencies, interests, and aspirations of 183 Treasury IT personnel to support workforce development and the 2024–2030 IT master plan.
The Directorate General of Treasury (DJPb) needed a picture of its IT workforce capabilities to support its workforce development programme and 2024–2030 IT master plan. Sadasa’s team mapped the competencies, interests, and aspirations of 183 respondents from units under the Directorate of Treasury Information Systems and Technology (SITP).
The process included self-assessment, portfolio review, interviews, analysis, dissemination, and individual profiling. IT functional areas were adapted from Indonesia’s National ICT Occupation Map, and current capabilities were compared with the needs set out in DJPb’s 2024–2030 IT blueprint.
The final report presented competency profiles across 16 IT functional areas, a gap analysis, and workforce development recommendations. The results were presented at a dissemination event in October 2023.
