While formulating its strategic IT Master Plan for 2024–2030, the Directorate General of Treasury at the Ministry of Finance required an empirical, transparent baseline of internal technical capabilities across its digital workforce.
Sadasa was commissioned to execute a comprehensive IT competency audit covering 183 civil servants within the Directorate of Treasury Information Systems and Technology (SITP). Individual and team capabilities were rigorously benchmarked against the Indonesian National Work Competency Standards (SKKNI), spanning software engineering, network infrastructure, enterprise data management, and cybersecurity.
Deliverables included granular skills-gap analyses that directly informed targeted institutional training curricula, paired with an interactive digital talent dashboard designed for longitudinal capability monitoring and strategic workforce planning.
